Isheka S. Watkins, DNP, is a highly accomplished family nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine and primary care, with over 20 years of dedicated experience in healthcare. She has earned NCQA Recognition and Distinction for her exemplary service in patient-centered primary care in New York.
She is affiliated with several esteemed hospitals, including Montefiore Einstein and NYC Health + Hospitals. Dr. Watkins earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Advanced Practice and Leadership from Chamberlain University, as well as her Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the College of New Rochelle.
Her clinical specialties encompass family medicine, primary care, and women's health services, with particular expertise in prenatal care. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Watkins has served as a mentor, clinical professor, Self-Management Education and Support Coach, Maternal Health Champion, and faculty member at CUNY School of Medicine.
